Terms of Service
The service
Afterglow Media produces and publishes short-form video content for client businesses. Engagements are governed by each client's signed Content Services Agreement; these terms cover use of our website and our connected tools (including account connections through Meta and TikTok).
Client approval & ownership
- Nothing is published to a client's account without the client's prior approval of that content.
- Once paid for, approved deliverables belong to the client. Our internal tools and processes remain ours.
Account connections
- Clients connect their own social accounts via the platforms' official authorization flows; we never request passwords.
- Access is used solely to deliver the contracted service and may be revoked by the client at any time (see our Data Deletion page).
Acceptable use & honest expectations
- We follow each platform's terms and publishing policies.
- Marketing results vary and are not guaranteed; specific view, follower, or booking counts are never promised.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability related to the website or connected tools is limited to fees paid in the one (1) month preceding the claim; neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Governed by California law.
