Data Deletion Instructions

For clients who connected a Facebook Page / Instagram account (or TikTok account) to Afterglow Media.

Delete your connection & data

  1. Revoke platform access (instant): Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → remove Afterglow Media. (TikTok: Settings → Security → Apps & services.) This immediately invalidates the tokens you granted us.
  2. Request deletion of stored records: email inquiries@afterglow-media.com with the subject "Data deletion" from the email associated with your business, naming the Page/account. We delete your stored tokens, connection records, and reporting data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Note: content already published to your own accounts belongs to you and stays on your accounts — deletion here covers the data we hold. See our Privacy Policy for what that includes.
